Little Cedar
Moussa and Victoire left the world of mining to buy some land and raise the family on a farm. They now own a small herd of goats, and they use the milk to make delicious, fresh, non-goaty-tasting goat cheese. Most of the cheese is sold through local markets, with the remainder sold at the farm to guests who can pick up cheese any say of the week, or who can have cheese platters, crepes, and drinks at the small on-site Little Cedar Cafe.
